Dr. Dunbar is correct...the owners are ultimately responsible for dog bite cases. People who are in denial about their dogs are a tragedy looking for a place to happen. If you have a dog (any dog) that is showing aggression, you should reach out for help from a professional at the first sign there is a problem. I know for a fact there are trainers out there who make their services available to low income families, so money should never be a reason for failing to address the issue. Don't put it off! If you love your dog, do the responsible thing today! Thanks and happy trails all! Dave
